Because people think and learn differently, Rain BDM uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and other tools to help our clients learn more about themselves and their innate communication and selling skills.
The purpose of the MBTI® is to make people understand the theory of C.G. Jung’s psychological types and demonstrate their application in our personal and professional lives. Basic differences in our perception and judgment cause us to behave and relate with others in distinct ways. These behaviors can help or hinder our attempts to build relationships, depending on the personality types involved.
Professional services, and legal representation in particular, are inherently personal, relying heavily and trust and rapport. Using the MBTI® and its underlying concepts, attorneys can tailor their communications and behaviors to address the specific personality types of clients, prospects, and other members of their target audiences.
