Business Development Training & Coaching

Rain BDM partners with law firms to develop customized business development plans and tactics for attorneys that help them form strong connections with prospective and existing clients, referral sources, the media, and other constituents among their target audiences. We create personalized roadmaps for setting and achieving training goals, and facilitate ongoing communication in a coaching relationship.

To drive home the processes and techniques that the attorneys learn in training, Rain BDM provides ongoing coaching. With each attorney, we conduct regular strategy sessions and reviews and encourage the attorney to contact the coach as often as he or she wishes. And to ensure that the firm supports the attorney and fosters a business development culture, we regularly update practice group managers and firm leadership to apprise them of the attorney’s progress, success, and commitment.
